Eligibility & Age Restriction

bdx24 employs a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. At any point — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity — bdx24 may request that you submit identity documents including, but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a passport, a driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may lead to permanent closure.
Where bdx24 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full age verification review. Any winnings generated during the period of suspected underage play will be voided and forfeited pending the outcome of that review.
18+ Only. Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access your bdx24 account, or registering on behalf of an underage individual, is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. bdx24 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and will report suspected cases where required by applicable law.
Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold only one bdx24 account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the bdx24 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity information, different personal details, or via proxy registrations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdx24 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid mobile phone number. Providing false information at any stage — whether during registration, KYC verification, or in any subsequent communication with the bdx24 support team — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdx24 username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. bdx24 recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
- Enable two-factor authentication via your account security settings.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Contact the bdx24 support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
bdx24 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. All wagers, deposits, and transactions placed through your account are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified bdx24 of a suspected security breach prior to the transaction occurring.
Account security tip: If you receive an email or message claiming to be from bdx24 that asks for your password or payment details, do not respond. bdx24 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Report suspicious communications to [email protected] immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on bdx24 are denominated in BDT and processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳200.
All financial transactions on the bdx24 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and adjustments — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdx24 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Nexus Pay), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and selected other Bangladesh-domiciled financial institutions as updated on the bdx24 payments page from time to time. Visa and Mastercard card payments may be available subject to issuing bank approval.
Deposits: The minimum single deposit on bdx24 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to mobile financial service (MFS) network conditions. bdx24 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard service charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours (08:00–22:00) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business period. bdx24 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single request or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, and the name on the payment account must match the name on the registered bdx24 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be refused. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- bdx24 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal if the account has active bonus wagering requirements outstanding at the time of the request.
- Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative processing check before withdrawal is approved.
- bdx24 is not responsible for delays caused by mobile financial service outages, bank processing times, or public holidays observed by payment providers.
BDT only: All displayed game balances, bonus amounts, and transaction histories on bdx24 are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion on this platform. What you deposit in BDT is what you play and withdraw in BDT.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bdx24 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus abuse of any kind will result in forfeiture and account action.
bdx24 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on bdx24 unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
- Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without replacement.
- Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. - Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is ৳500 (or the amount stated in the specific promotion terms, whichever is lower). - One bonus per household / IP address: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, and per IP address. Where multiple accounts are detected operating from the same household or device for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, all associated accounts will be suspended and bonuses forfeited.
bdx24 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed a bonus, bdx24 will honour the portion of the bonus corresponding to completed wagering at the time of cancellation, subject to a case-by-case review.
Bonus abuse policy: bdx24 uses automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete rollover requirements with minimal variance, systematic exploitation of free bet mechanics, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Confirmed abuse will result in immediate account suspension and permanent forfeiture of all balances, including any real-money funds deposited.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
bdx24 operates on a foundation of fair play. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account action.
bdx24 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdx24 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

- Collusion — that is, cooperating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or tournament formats.
- Arbitrage betting or match fixing of any kind, including placing coordinated opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free profit regardless of outcome.
- Money laundering or using the bdx24 platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin. bdx24 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious financial activity where required.
- Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent mobile wallet accounts, or any payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained through dishonest means.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdx24 staff or other players through any communication channel, including the live chat support system.
Where bdx24 determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, bdx24 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediate suspension of the account, permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all account balances (including real-money deposits and any pending withdrawals), cancellation of all active bets, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability & Amendments

- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
- Errors in odds, prices, or game results that are corrected in accordance with bdx24's standard settlement procedures.
- Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, as described in Section 3 of these Terms.
- Decisions made in reliance on information published on the bdx24 platform that is subsequently found to contain an error or omission.
Where bdx24 is found liable under any cause of action, the maximum aggregate liability of bdx24 to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bdx24 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
