bdx24 offers two levels of voluntary account restriction: a short-term Time-Out (Cool-Off) for players who want a brief pause, and a longer-term Self-Exclusion for players who feel they need a more significant break from gambling.
Time-Out (Cool-Off)
A time-out is a temporary suspension of your account. During a time-out period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets on bdx24. All marketing and promotional communications from bdx24 are suspended for the duration. Available time-out periods are: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks.
To activate a time-out, go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Time-Out, select your preferred duration, and confirm. The restriction applies immediately. You may also contact [email protected] or the live chat team to request a time-out on your behalf if you prefer not to log in.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a more serious commitment for players who recognise that their gambling has become problematic or who simply want a longer mandatory break. Available exclusion periods are: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, and permanent (indefinite).
- Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
- Your account is locked and cannot be used for any purpose during the exclusion period.
- All bonus balances and promotional eligibility are forfeited. Real-money balances can be withdrawn following completion of identity verification.
